Strawberry Tiramisu with Amarettini

Ingredients
- 2 sheets white gelatin
- 300 g Strawberries
- 200 g mascarpone
- 50 g double cream
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 1 organic lemon (zest)
- 40 ml orange liqueur
- 100 g cold whipping cream
- 2 egg whites
- 30 g sugar
- 80 g Amarettini
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions

Soak gelatin in cold water. Meanwhile, clean, wash, pat dry strawberries with paper towel and cut into small pieces. Mix mascarpone, double cream, powdered sugar, and lemon zest together. Warm orange liqueur, dissolve the drained gelatin in it, and stir into the mascarpone mixture.

Whip cream. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them along with the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.

Halve Amarettini and distribute them in glasses. Layer strawberries and mascarpone cream alternately on top, chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Before serving, garnish strawberry tiramisu with Amarettini with mint leaves.
