Strawberry Quark with Mascarpone

Ingredients

• 600 g strawberries
• 3 tbsp liquid honey
• 250 g quark
• 100 g Mascarpone
• 1 tsp organic lemon zest
• Lemon balm (for garnish)

Instructions

   Wash, trim, and pat dry the strawberries. Cut half of them into smaller pieces and blend with honey.

2. 2.

   Stir the quark with the strawberry puree, mascarpone, and lemon zest. Spoon the mixture into bowls, arrange the remaining strawberries on top, and serve the strawberry quark with mascarpone.
