Oatmeal pancakes with syrup from Spoonsparrow. Oats are so healthy and can still be super delicious.

Ingredients

  • 100 g hearty rolled oats
  • 100 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (for serving)

Instructions

    Mix oats and flour with salt. Stir in eggs and milk, then let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

    Heat butter in a non-stick pan and cook small or large pancakes to your liking. Keep finished pancakes warm in an oven at 80 °C.

    Serve by stacking pancakes on a plate and drizzling with maple syrup.
