Ingredients
- 400 g Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 250 g low‑fat quark
- 250 g quark (20% fat in cream)
- 50 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 heaped tbsp powdered sugar from raw cane sugar (20 g each)
- a handful mint leaves (optional)
Instructions

Clean, wash and chop strawberries; blend with powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.

Combine both quark varieties with milk, vanilla powder, and powdered sugar in a saucepan; whisk with an electric hand mixer until creamy.

Alternately fill ice molds with quark mixture and strawberry puree, seal with lids, insert wooden sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours.

When ready to serve, unmold the ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
