Preheat the oven to 100 °C with top and bottom heat. Whisk the egg whites with a splash of lemon juice until stiff peaks form, gradually adding sugar until glossy and firm.

Spoon small mounds onto parchment‑lined baking sheet using a piping bag with a round tip. Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, leaving the door slightly ajar so the meringues dry without browning.

While the meringues bake, clean the blackberries, rinse if needed, and let them drain. Mix with sugar and eggnog; let sit for about 1½ hours.
