The strawberry pudding with melted oats from Spoonsparrow is quick and easy to prepare!
Ingredients
- 20 g oat flakes (2 tbsp)
- 50 g small ripe bananas (0.5 small ripe banana)
- 50 g ripe strawberries (5 ripe strawberries)
- 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
Instructions

Add the oat flakes with 100 ml water to a small pot and bring to a boil. Cover and let simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the banana and cut it into pieces.

Wash the strawberries, pat dry, clean them, and also cut into pieces.

Add the banana and strawberry pieces with the oil to the flakes, mash finely with a fork, check the temperature and serve.
