Ingredients
- 1 untreated lemon
- 2 cm ginger
- 3 black tea bags
- 2 tbsp apple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices (for garnish)

Wash the lemon hot and slice it. Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. Add the lemon slices, ginger, and black tea to a tall pot and pour 1 l of boiling water over them. Stir in the apple syrup. Remove the tea bags after 2 minutes and let the tea chill for at least 2 hours.

Pour the cold tea through a sieve into glasses. Serve the iced black tea with some ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices.
