Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 400 g ginger root
- 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 100 g kiwi

Rinse the strawberries, clean them, and cut into small pieces. Wash, trim, and cut the ginger into small pieces. Mix the strawberries and ginger in a large pot with the sugar and lemon juice and let steep for about 30 minutes.

Peel the kiwis, cut into small pieces, and add to the mixture.

Bring everything to a boil while stirring. Boil for about 4 minutes, bubbling, and continue stirring constantly (perform a gel test).

Remove the pot from the heat and fill the marmalade into hot-washed jar jars, seal, and let cool.
