Ingredients
- 20 g fresh strawberries
- 100 g dark chocolate couverture
Instructions

Clean and dry strawberries with paper towels. Chop dark chocolate and melt over a hot, non-boiling water bath. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Insert wooden skewers into the strawberries, dip them halfway in the melted chocolate, and place on parchment paper. Serve strawberry chocolate skewers with napkins.
