Ingredients

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 300 ml chilled buttermilk

Instructions

    Rinse and halve the strawberries. Place strawberries, lemon juice, and honey in a blender or blend with an immersion blender.

    Gradually add the buttermilk while blending. Pour the strawberry-buttermilk smoothie into two tall glasses and serve each with a straw.
