Ingredients

  • 200 g arugula
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp light balsamic vinegar
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 200 g Emmental cheese

Instructions

    Clean, wash and pat dry the arugula.

    Rinse the strawberries, clean them, then halve. Mix the vinegar with pepper and oil, and marinate the strawberries for 10 minutes.

    Slice the Emmental into strips. Combine the arugula, marinated strawberries, and cheese, then serve immediately.
