Ingredients
- 300 g large strawberries
- 3 oranges
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp white wine
- 1 pinch Cardamom
- cardamom pods

Peel the oranges with a sharp knife, removing the white pith. Slice thinly, optionally remove seeds and catch any released juice. Wash, clean, and slice the strawberries. Arrange both decoratively on four plates.

Warm the orange juice with white wine and honey, do not boil, season with cardamom. Drizzle the warm syrup over the plates, let it infuse for about 30 minutes, then serve garnished with cardamom pods.
