Ingredients
- 200 g watermelon
- 250 g strawberries
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion
- juice of half a lemon
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Tabasco
Instructions

Remove seeds from the watermelon and dice.

Wash, clean, and dice the strawberries.

Peel and dice the cucumber.

Peel and chop the onion. Reserve some of all fruit and vegetable cubes for garnish. Blend the rest with lemon juice until smooth and season with salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Refrigerate for at least one hour, taste again, then pour into glasses and garnish with remaining cubes.
