Ingredients

  • 1 medium broccoli head
  • 200 g boiled potatoes (cooked the day before and peeled)
  • 10 seedless white grapes
  • 2 Tbsp black olives (e.g., Taggiasca or Kalamata)
  • 1 Tbsp herb butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Cut broccoli into florets, rinse, and drain. Dice the boiled potatoes. Heat olive oil in a pan, then add broccoli and potatoes; sauté for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Wash grapes and halve them. Halve and pit olives. Add both to the pan and cook briefly. Stir in herb butter until well combined. Season with salt and pepper at the end.
