Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 0.5 packet Baking powder
- 1 kg plums
- fat (for the pan)
- breadcrumbs (for the pan)

Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and eggs until fluffy. Sift in the flour, cornstarch and baking powder, then mix well.

Wash the plums, halve them and pit them. Cut the halves into small pieces and gently fold them into the batter. Grease the pan and line it with breadcrumbs.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (middle rack) for about 55–60 minutes; cover with foil if needed near the end. Remove, let cool slightly in the pan, then unmold and allow to cool completely. Serve with whipped cream.
