Ingredients

  • 1 Steinbuttfilet (or another fish fillet; ca. 400 g)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 cooked waxy potatoes
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Spring onion

Instructions

    Wash the fish, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Slice the potatoes into thin rounds. In a baking dish add 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp liquid butter, spread the fish fillet with cream, arrange the potato slices in a tiled pattern on top, press down firmly, brush with oil, and season again. Wash, trim, slice the spring onion into rings and place on top. Bake at 200°C for about 15–20 minutes.
