Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh spinach
  • Salt
  • 600 g shellfish
  • 300 ml whipping cream
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • pepper (ground)
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • 60 g Butter
  • 100 g breadcrumbs

Instructions

    Wash the spinach, remove stems and blanch in boiling salted water for about 1-2 minutes until wilted. Remove and shock in cold water.

    Rinse the shellfish, pat dry, cut into 2 cm cubes and place in a greased baking dish. Spread the spinach over it.

    Whisk together cream, crème fraîche, salt, pepper and nutmeg; pour over fish and spinach so the fish is covered. Mix butter with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the fish-spinach mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven.
