Steamed Vegetables

The steamed vegetables from Spoonsparrow are not only full of flavor but also packed with healthy nutrients!

Ingredients

  • 200 g cauliflower florets
  • 200 g Broccoli florets
  • 100 g Sugar snap peas
  • 200 g thin small carrots
  • 0.5 bunch radishes
  • 0.25 bunch Parsley
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Cut cauliflower and broccoli florets into smaller pieces if needed and wash them. Wash, trim the ends of sugar snap peas. Wash and peel carrots.

    Wash, trim radishes and slice them. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop it.

  3. 3.

    Place cauliflower, broccoli, sugar snap peas, and carrots in a (bamboo) steamer basket and cover with a lid. Bring some water to a boil in a wok or suitable pot and steam the vegetables covered for 6–8 minutes.

    Remove steamed vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and mix in radishes and parsley.
