Ingredients

  • 600 g small early potatoes
  • 800 g green asparagus
  • 400 g young carrots (with greens)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 120 ml broth
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 bundle sage
  • aluminum foil

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Tear the aluminum foil into eight large pieces and fold each piece in half.

    Wash the carrots thoroughly, trim back the greens. Clean the potatoes with a brush under running water. Wash the asparagus, remove the ends of the stalks and cut them in half. Divide the vegetables into four portions, season with salt and pepper, and wrap each portion in foil with sage leaves, leaving a small opening at the top. Add a splash of broth and butter, then seal tightly.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until steamed. Open the foil before serving and arrange on plates.
