Ingredients
- 720 g sea bass fillets (Loup de mer; 4 pieces)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 200 g wild rice blend
- 0.5 red bell pepper
- 0.5 green bell pepper
- 0.5 yellow bell pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt

Instructions

Cook the rice according to package instructions.

Wash and pat dry the fish fillets, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, and place in a steamer basket.

Bring water to a boil in an appropriate pot (about 1.5 cm high), set the steamer basket on top, cover, and steam for about 7 minutes.

For the salsa, clean, deseed, and dice the bell peppers.
