Ingredients

  • 720 g sea bass fillets (Loup de mer; 4 pieces)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 200 g wild rice blend
  • 0.5 red bell pepper
  • 0.5 green bell pepper
  • 0.5 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Cook the rice according to package instructions.

    Wash and pat dry the fish fillets, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, and place in a steamer basket.

    Bring water to a boil in an appropriate pot (about 1.5 cm high), set the steamer basket on top, cover, and steam for about 7 minutes.

    For the salsa, clean, deseed, and dice the bell peppers.

    Whisk together lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil; combine with the diced vegetables.
