Ingredients
- 4 beef steaks (300 g each)
- 1 tbsp barbecue seasoning
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- 1 small iceberg lettuce
- 0.5 cucumber
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 bunch parsley
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- salt (pepper)
Instructions

Wash the salad, tear into bite‑size pieces. Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges; julienne cucumber. Remove parsley leaves, combine all salads well. Whisk together vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper to make a dressing.

Rinse steaks, pat dry, rub with barbecue seasoning and sear in hot clarified butter for 3–4 minutes on each side. Drizzle dressing over the salad, plate steaks atop the salad.
