Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey cutlets
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • curry powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • black pepper (coarsely ground)
  • 1 onion
  • 12 small baby corn kernels

Instructions

    Season the turkey cutlets with curry, cayenne pepper and black pepper, then sear in a medium‑high pan for about 1 minute per side. Remove the turkey and let it rest in foil.

    Add the sliced onion rings and baby corn kernels to the same pan and sauté until golden yellow. Season with salt and pepper.

    Season the cutlets again, arrange on warm plates, top each with onions and three baby corn kernels. Garnish with a slice of herb butter and cilantro if desired.
