Spicy Mushroom Salad

Ingredients

  • 300 g mixed forest mushrooms
  • 500 g champignons
  • 4 Tbsp sunflower oil
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 3 stalks celery root
  • a little fresh dill

Instructions

    Clean and trim the mushrooms, rinse if necessary, then drain well. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the mushrooms while turning for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

    Whisk together vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar. Add the mushrooms and let cool.

    Trim and slice spring onions into thin rings. Slice celery root into fine shavings. Rinse dill, shake dry, then finely chop. Mix all into the marinated mushrooms. Let rest for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with hearty farmer's bread.
