Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized starchy cooking potatoes
- 4 tbsp plant oil
- 4 corn cobs
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 beef steaks (300 g each)
- 1 tbsp barbecue seasoning
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter

Wash the potatoes well, pat dry, brush each with 1 tbsp oil and tightly wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 40 minutes. Husk the corn cobs and cook them in plenty of salted water for 20 minutes.

Peel the garlic. Mix sour cream with lemon juice, salt, pepper and pressed garlic clove. Remove the corn from the water, pat dry and brown all around in butter.

Wash the steaks, pat dry and sear each side for 3-4 minutes in hot clarified butter. Slightly loosen the foil, score the potatoes on top, peel a bit of the skin and add 1 tbsp sour cream to each. Serve with corn and steak.
