Grilled Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 green onions
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- 6 EL olive oil
- 600 g mixed ground meat
- 1 egg
- 75 g breadcrumbs
- 1 TL spicy mustard
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.5 TL chili flakes
- 2 EL white wine vinegar
- 4 small red baby peppers
- 4 small yellow baby peppers
- 4 cooked corn cobs
- 60 g melted butter

Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Wash, halve, seed, and cube the bell peppers. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from stems, and finely chop. Sauté half of the onion and garlic in a hot pan with 2 EL oil until translucent. Remove and mix with ground meat, egg, mustard, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Shape 80 g portions of the meat mixture into patties and grill each side for 5-6 minutes on a hot grill. Mix remaining chopped vegetables with leftover oil, vinegar, and parsley; season with salt and pepper. Place small peppers and corn on the grill with the patties. Grill about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Arrange vegetable cubes over finished patties, brush corn cobs with melted butter, sprinkle with salt, and serve immediately.
