Ingredients

  • 4 slices of toast bread
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • Sea salt
  • 50 g caviar (more if desired)
  • dill sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

    Toast the slices in a toaster until light brown and cut out stars 8‑9 cm wide with a star-shaped cutter.

    Season the crème fraîche with lemon juice and sea salt. Spoon a dollop onto each star and top with salmon caviar.

    Garnish with fresh dill sprigs and serve immediately.
