Ingredients

  • 1 handful of lamb's lettuce
  • 8 slices of toast bread
  • 60 g sour cream
  • 4 tbsp caviar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • dill sprigs for garnish

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and thoroughly drain the salad. Spread on a plate.

    Toast the bread slices until golden brown; cut each into a star shape. Place a small dollop of sour cream on four stars, then top with another slice to form a sandwich. Arrange the sandwiches over the salad, spread remaining sour cream on top, arrange caviar, drizzle lemon juice, and garnish with dill sprigs.
