Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp Five-grain muesli
  • 100 ml milk
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • 1 tbsp dried apricots
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Finely chop the apricots and raisins, mix with almonds, muesli, and milk, and let soak for about 10 minutes. Then fill two glasses.

    Rinse the raspberries and place half on top of the muesli. Pour yogurt over it and sweeten each portion with a teaspoon of honey. Sprinkle the remaining raspberries on top and serve garnished with mint.
