- 200 g diced cheese (e.g., mountain cheese)
- 2 tbsp fruit vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt
- edible flowers (e.g., pansies, dandelion and daisies)
Instructions

Wash, clean, and drain the leafy salad; tear into small pieces and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle the diced cheese over it.
