Spiral Cookies

Ingredients
- 300 g wheat flour
- 175 g butter
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp water (or rum)
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp milk
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
Instructions

Knead the dough ingredients into a smooth dough, divide in half. Knead cocoa, milk and cinnamon into one portion. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Roll each of the light and dark doughs into a rectangle approximately 0.4 cm thick, stack them, roll up, and refrigerate again.

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Cut the spiral rolls into slices about 0.5 cm wide, place on parchment‑lined baking trays, and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Remove from tray and cool on a wire rack.
