Ingredients

  • 112 g frozen spinach
  • thyme
  • 50 g canned tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Noilly Prat
  • 500 g yogurt
  • salt, pepper from the mill
  • Lemon juice
  • sugar

Instructions

    Let the spinach thaw for about 15-20 minutes and chop. Strip thyme leaves from stems. Dice tomatoes into small cubes.

    Add Noilly Prat, yogurt, tomatoes, thyme leaves, and spinach to a blender. Blend first on low speed, then on high until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and a pinch of sugar. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
