Ingredients

  • 100 g dried dates (pitted)
  • 50 g almond kernels
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

    Grind the dates, almonds, and 1 tbsp cocoa powder in a food processor or powerful blender into a sticky paste.

    Shape the mixture into 20 equal-sized balls.

    Sift the remaining cocoa powder onto a plate and roll the energy balls in it. Store vegan chocolate pralines in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
