Ingredients
- 200 g frozen spinach
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 400 ml Vegetable broth
- 400 ml lamb stock
- 100 g canned chickpeas
- 250 g finely ground lamb meat
- 100 g veal patty
- 50 g chopped frozen spinach
- 1 Garlic clove
- Salt
- Pepper

Peel and press the garlic clove. Thaw the spinach and drain it. Knead all ingredients for the balls together and shape walnut-sized balls with wet hands.

For the soup, peel and halve the onions, then dice finely. Let the spinach thaw and optionally chop roughly, discarding the thaw liquid. Sauté in oil, add the thawed spinach, pour in vegetable broth and lamb stock, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the meatballs and drained chickpeas, lower the heat, and let the balls cook in the soup for 10-15 minutes. Season the soup with salt and pepper, serve on plates.
