Ingredients
- 250 g tender young spinach leaves
- 2 onions
- 125 g salad mayonnaise
- 75 g yogurt
- 4 tsp sea horseradish (from jar)
- a splash of lemon juice
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
- 100 g smoked salmon (thinly sliced)
- 150 g deep-sea shrimp meat
Instructions

Wash and dry spinach in a salad spinner. Peel onions and slice into thin rings.

Whisk mayonnaise with yogurt and horseradish. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar. Divide smoked salmon into small pieces.
