Ingredients

  • 250 g tender young spinach leaves
  • 2 onions
  • 125 g salad mayonnaise
  • 75 g yogurt
  • 4 tsp sea horseradish (from jar)
  • a splash of lemon juice
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 100 g smoked salmon (thinly sliced)
  • 150 g deep-sea shrimp meat

Instructions

    Wash and dry spinach in a salad spinner. Peel onions and slice into thin rings.

    Whisk mayonnaise with yogurt and horseradish. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar. Divide smoked salmon into small pieces.
