Ingredients

  • 720 g chicken breast fillet (4 chicken breast fillets)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 300 g yogurt (10% fat)
  • 50 g Salad mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (concentrated)
  • dill
  • parsley
  • 1 packet mint
  • cress

Instructions

    Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper. Heat oil and fry the fillets all around for about 15 minutes.

    Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Rinse dill, parsley, and mint; dry and pluck leaves from stems. Chop herbs. Trim cress. Blend the yogurt mixture and herbs in a blender and season with salt and pepper.
