The spinach salad with blueberries, almonds and feta from Spoonsparrow can be prepared in just 15 minutes and is always a good idea!
Ingredients
- 100 g Baby spinach
- 200 g Blueberries
- 150 g feta cheese
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 60 g almond kernels

Rinse the spinach, wash and dry it. Wash the blueberries and pat them dry. Crumble the feta.

Arrange all prepared ingredients on plates. Whisk together olive oil, honey, lemon juice and vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle almonds on top.
