Ingredients

  • 2 fresh garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • pepper (ground)
  • Sea salt
  • 150 g young spinach
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 Avocados
  • 50 g walnut kernels
  • 120 g black olives (pitted if desired)

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic for the dressing. Mix with vinegar, oil, lemon juice, sugar, pepper, and salt, then taste.

    Wash, trim, and dry the spinach. Peel, halve, and slice the onion into thin strips. Peel, halve, remove the pit from the avocados, and cut the halves into wedges. Chop the walnuts.
