Ingredients

  • 1 green apple
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 300 g bananas (2 bananas)
  • 100 g Baby spinach
  • 1 lemon
  • 6 g Chia Seeds (2 tsp)
  • 20 g coconut flakes (2 tbsp)

Instructions

    Peel, wash, core and chop the apple. Peel and dice the kiwis and bananas, setting half aside. Wash the spinach and set a few leaves aside. Halve the lemon and squeeze its juice.

    Add the remaining fruit, spinach, and lemon juice to a blender and puree until smooth. Divide the smoothie into four bowls.

    Top each bowl with the reserved fruit pieces, sprinkle chia seeds and coconut flakes, and serve with the leftover spinach leaves.
