Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 0.5 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 ml Orange Juice
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 10 g Pistachio nuts (2 tsp)
  • 10 g Flax seeds (2 tsp)
  • 30 g Cranberries (2 tbsp; sweetened with juice)

Instructions

    Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit and cut into small pieces. Clean, wash, and chop the bell pepper. Halve the lemon and squeeze the juice. Place the mango, pepper, orange juice, and lemon juice in a blender and puree finely. Divide the smoothie among four bowls.

    For the topping, peel, halve, and slice the kiwis. Chop the pistachios. Arrange kiwi slices, pistachios, flax seeds, and cranberries decoratively on the smoothie bowls.
