Ingredients

  • 60 g almond sticks (4 tbsp)
  • 1 baby pineapple
  • 100 g young spinach
  • 1 ripe Mango
  • 3 bananas
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 60 g almond butter (4 tbsp)
  • 60 g vegan crunchy granola (4 tbsp)

Instructions

    Roast the almond sticks in a hot, dry pan over medium heat for 3 minutes.

    Peel and cut the pineapple into chunks, removing the core. Wash and spin-dry the spinach. Peel the mango, remove the pit, and dice it; set aside some cubes for garnish. Peel the bananas and slice them diagonally, setting aside some slices for garnish.

    Blend all prepared ingredients with apple juice and almond butter in a high-speed blender until smooth, adding water if needed to achieve a creamy consistency.

    Fill bowls with the green smoothie mixture and top with reserved mango cubes, banana slices, granola, and almond sticks.
