Ingredients
- 200 g baby spinach
- 100 g swiss chard
- 1 handful basil (about 5 g)
- 1 Banana
- 300 ml apple juice
- 1 lemon (juice)

Wash and dry the spinach and swiss chard leaves. Rinse the herbs, shake off excess water, and remove stems. Peel the banana and slice it. Combine the banana slices with the spinach, swiss chard, and basil in a blender.

Add the apple juice, lemon juice, and 300 ml cold water. Blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
