Ingredients

  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 chopped sage leaves
  • 1 tsp chopped thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp chopped rosemary needles
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 0.5 tsp white pepper
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • 400 g veal meat
  • 300 g pork meat
  • 300 g beef (from the shank)
  • 300 g onions
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper

Instructions

    Stir all ingredients for the marinate together. Cut the meat into cubes and place in the marinate. Cover and let rest for 1 hour, turning occasionally.

    Peel and quarter the onions. Quarter the bell peppers, remove seeds and membranes, then cut into large pieces. Alternate threading meat, onion, and pepper pieces onto skewers. Place on the grill grates and grill each side for about 6-8 minutes (depending on size), turning midway and basting with the marinate.
