- 600 g white fish fillet (e.g., cod)
- 200 g squid tubes
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Sea salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 100 g breadcrumbs

Rinse the fish, pat dry and cut into bite‑size pieces. Rinse the squid tubes, pat dry and slice into wide strips. Wash the zucchini, trim ends and slice into rounds. Peel onions and cut into rings.

Season fish and squid with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Sprinkle oregano over fish pieces and coat in breadcrumbs. Alternately thread fish, squid and vegetables onto soaked wooden skewers. Drizzle with oil, season again, then grill on a hot grill, turning regularly for 8‑10 minutes.
