Cardamom-mint tea: Delicious aroma with zero calories. The cardamom-mint tea stimulates circulation, hormone balance and metabolism.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cardamom pods
  • 4 stems fresh peppermint
  • 0.5 organic lime

Instructions

    Crush the cardamom pods in a mortar or pulse them in a food processor, then bring 250 ml of water to a boil.

    Rinse the mint, shake dry, set aside one stem and place the rest in a tall glass or large cup.

  3. 3.

    Wipe half a lime hot with kitchen paper, rub it dry, and peel its zest spirally with a vegetable peeler.

  4. 4.

    Add about two‑thirds of the zest to the mint and pour the boiling cardamom infusion through a sieve. Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes. Garnish with remaining mint and lime zest.
