Spicy Sour Soup with Meat and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 chili peppers
- 200 g Mu-Err mushrooms (canned)
- 400 g pork tenderloin (or fillet)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 800 ml rich chicken broth
- 50 ml Rice vinegar
- soy sauce to taste
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves

Wash the chili pepper, halve it, remove seeds and finely chop. Slice the mushrooms into thin strips.

Wash the pork, pat dry and slice into thin strips as well. Then stir-fry in hot oil while stirring. Add ginger and chili and deglaze with broth. Add vinegar and mushrooms and simmer gently for about 20 minutes. Finally season with soy sauce and serve sprinkled with plenty of coriander.
