Ingredients
- 400 g shrimp (pre-cooked)
- 5 garlic cloves
- 4 chili peppers
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 slices white bread
- Salt
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Wash and pat the shrimp dry. Peel the garlic and roughly chop it; split the chilies lengthwise, deseed them, remove the white membranes, and finely dice (gloves optional). Mix the garlic, chilies, and olive oil together. Add the shrimp to the mixture and let marinate for about 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to grill mode. Place the bread slices on a rack and bake until crisp on both sides, about 5-6 minutes.

In a skillet, cook the marinated shrimp for 3-4 minutes, seasoning with salt. Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley, and serve over the toasted bread.
