Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 600 g stalk broccoli
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes

Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente.

Wash, halve, and thinly slice the chili pepper. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté together with the chili in hot oil for a short time. Wash, trim, and cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces if needed; add to the pan and cook 1–2 minutes. Deglaze with broth, season with salt and pepper, and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Wash, halve, and add the tomatoes after 2–3 minutes. Toss in the drained noodles, adjust seasoning, and serve.
