Spicy Meat Skewers with Garlic Cherry Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 800 g lamb meat (from the leg, boneless)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 3 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 150 g cherry tomatoes

Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into bite‑size cubes. Thread onto skewers and place on a shallow tray. Mix salt, pepper, lemon juice, oregano and olive oil. Brush the skewers with the marinade and cover for 2–3 hours to absorb flavors.

Remove from the marinade, drain excess oil and grill the skewers over high heat for about 5–6 minutes, turning until evenly charred.

For the sauce, wash the cherry tomatoes. Mix Greek yogurt with salt, pepper and pressed garlic cloves, then fold in the tomatoes.

Serve the meat skewers with the garlic tomato sauce and fresh tomatoes, accompanied by flatbread if desired.
