Spicy Lime Dip

A sharp lime dip: quick sauce for grilling. With fresh aroma of yogurt and harissa for a low-fat dipping pleasure.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 bunch Lemon balm
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 150 g low‑fat quark
  • 150 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 0.5 tsp harissa
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash the lemon balm, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves and cut into fine strips.

    Rinse the lime under hot water, dry it, then grate 2 teaspoons of zest on a fine grater. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.

    Whisk the quark with yogurt in a bowl until smooth. Add 3–4 tablespoons of lime juice, lime zest, and harissa. Season with salt and fold in the lemon balm.
