Ingredients

  • 2 EL Butter
  • 250 g yufka dough sheet
  • 1 Egg white
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 400 g goat cream cheese
  • 1 EL fresh thyme

Instructions

    Melt the butter and grease the wells of a muffin tin. Cut 24 squares of about 12 cm from the yufka dough sheets, brush half with egg white and lay the remaining squares slightly offset on top. Gently press into the wells and brush with the remaining butter.

    Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.

    Wash, clean, deseed the chili peppers, remove all white membranes and cut into fine strips. Cube the goat cheese and distribute it together with the chili strips over the tartlets. Sprinkle with a little thyme and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
